今年的優質領導工作坊已經在緊鑼密鼓地籌備中，中部的日期是九月六日，請幹部們先上網報名，把時間空下來，是一整天的訓練，免費入場，供應中午便當和茶點。
The Leadership Enhancement Workshop this year has been prepared in full swing. The one in Central Taiwan is schedule on Sept 6th. All officers please register on the website and spare the whole day for a great learning opportunity. It’s free admission with free lunch and refreshment.
優質領導工作坊簡介
國際演講會的宗旨是讓所有會友經由不斷練習，提昇溝通能力與領導力，成為有效領導者。 而擔任分會幹部更可以透過直接參與會務管理，在互動中達到有效溝通，建立團隊，培養領導力。
Introduction of Leadership Enhancement Workshop
The purpose of Toastmasters is to let all members to learn through constant practice, in order to enhance their communication and leadership skills, then become effective communicators. Through direct participation and club affair management, all club officers can learn effective communication with interaction, thus build the team, and foster our leadership ability.
<翻轉幹部會議─如何開有參與感 有共識的有效會議>
分會是否興盛並達成年度目標，決定在於分會中七位幹部可否透過團隊合作，使會務得以順利執行。 團隊能否合作，關鍵在幹部會議是否能適當授權，創造共識。 第二階段工作坊之目的是: 讓現任幹部們學習如何主持有效的幹部會議，達成共識，促進團隊合作，解決會務問題。 這種開會方式是參與式的共識性會議，與傳統的議事規則會議大不相同，也不同於總會的年度會議。學會這種開會方式, 除了可提升分會的幹部會議效率，也將有助於您在演講會之外的會務主持。 參加者以各分會會長，教育副會長 ，區總監，部總監為主。
Whether each club can prosper and achieve the yearly goal depends on the 7 club officers’ teamwork and how the club affairs being conducted smoothly. Teamwork’s key point is how the club officer meeting can have full delegation and create consensus, then solve problems. This kind of officer meeting is a style with full participation and consensus, which is quite different from traditional officer meeting. Being able to hold this kind of meeting can not only increase the effectiveness of the club officer meeting, but also help you to hold any meetings outside of Toastmasters. Club Presidents, Club VPEs, Area Directors, and Division Directors have the priority to register.
